Whether it be college loans, bills, or other real world problems interfering with your budget, you can still rock your inner beauty queen. Here are some items I picked out that can either be for someone just getting into makeup or someone on a budget.
*Every item but one is a drug store item, but every item is under $25.

♡ 2. Real Techniques Starter Set ♡
If you're low on cash but still want really nice brushes, real techniques is the way to go. The brushes are insanely good for their price. The brand includes a variety of brushes but the Core Collection and Starter Sets will satisfy your basic needs.
This primer is very illuminating and makes bb/cc cream/foundation lasts longer throughout the day. The shine is really nice, and it might sound weird but, I actually have this item but use it as a highlight.
♡ 4. Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer ♡
I've never actually used this concealer but many beauty gurus have raved about it in many videos/blog posts.
If you have pretty nice skin but you still want to a little coverage, I definitely recommend bb/cc creams.
I've used many bb creams, drug store and higher end, but this is definitely in my top faves. It doesn't leave a cake-y finish and it was so easy to find my perfect shade as it has more available shades than other bb creams do.
♡ 6. Rimmel Natural Bronzer ♡
Although I'm not a fan of drugstore bronzers/blushers, this particular bronzer is quite nice and leaves a very natural sun-kissed finish. It's great for those experimenting with adding a little color to the skin.
♡ 7. Revlon Brow Fantasy ♡
When I had no idea what exactly I was doing/wanted for my eyebrows, this came really handy. I just shaded my natural brow shape a bit with the pencil then used the gel to add a little extra tint and keep all the brow hairs together for a polished finish.
♡ 8. Nyx HD Eye shadow Base ♡
This isn't the best base for your eye shadow, but it certainly isn't the worst, but it is really good for being a drug store product.
This is the one product on my list that I could not do drugstore, good eyeshadow quality is mandatory in the summer weather. This palette isn't the fanciest in the market but it is a great nudes palette for those experimenting with eyeshadow. It's also not that expensive, which is great for those on a budget.
♡ 10. Sally Hansen Eyelash Curler ♡
Having a handy dandy eyelash curler is always a must as you don't want your eyelashes to look sad and droopy.
Maybelline has a great collection of mascaras and either one is honestly a great deal for their price but I've recently heard many people raving about this particular one.
Out of absolutely any drugstore lipsticks, this collection is my go-to when I want something good quality but cheap. I love almost every shade and they are super great quality, especially for the price. I absolutely adore them and recommend them.
